Inside, the home has all the amenities of luxury. Gourmet kitchen, that includes a wine chiller and margarita mixer. Dining table that seats 8 and kitchen island that seats 4. Decks for dining or lounging or enjoying the view from the second story balcony. Outside, enjoy this tropical delight that offers, a unique pool with a tanning ledge that is surrounded by a beautiful tropical palm garden which makes it feel like your own personal paradise and an infinity spa. Dine on the large outdoor patio that surrounds the home on the second floor. Find a full pool bath and additional outdoor shower/rinse area as you walk up the house. Lounge in the outdoor living room poolside or as you play a round of pool in the garage.

Cancellation Policy

Because of the seasonal nature of vacation rentals, the cancellation policy differs accordingly.
If your stay is between March 1-November 30: Cancellations will be accepted up to 46 days before your stay. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you, less an office charge of 10% of the total rental amount. Cancellations will not be accepted within 45 days of your reserved dates. Final payment is due and payable. This includes, but is not limited to hurricane evacuation. No refunds will be made for early departures.

If your monthly stay includes December 1 - February 29: Please see insurance options in the reservation/online booking process.

Cancellation Insurance/Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting TRAVEL Insurance for your trip. It is up you, the guest, to purchase this coverage for this trip. Coverage is available for health and weather related problems. Please call them direct or order online to purchase this in your name. This is your remedy in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Deposit Policy

Full rental amount is due at the time of the reservation.
Spring Break: Guests arriving between March 1 - Easter will be required to submit a $300 USD Refundable Damage Deposit at check-in. We thank you for your understanding.

The home is beautiful as the pictures! I had some difficulty with the lock pad however the response service was quick and friendly. The beach house is very close to the beach access ramp and overall the home is spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn’t enough lighting to enjoy the pool area during the evening night to enjoy the fireworks. Also we did encounter live and dead roaches in the pool bathroom area. I am unlikely to stay at this home again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was very big, clean, super close to the beach and very safe neighborhood. The pool at this abnb is amazing. The best abnb we’ve stayed in yet. We had a great vacation and Fourth of July here.

This house was PERFECT for our stay in Padre! The pool , hot tub & backyard are amazing! The landscaping is very well done. The walk to the beach is about 2 mins. The balcony wraps around and you can see the beach. Everyone loved their stay here and I would absolutely rent it again. The Property manager was also SUPER amazing, he went above and beyond for us on a very short notice. This place made our stay perfect!

The house was amazing. Backyard was perfect. Very relaxing. Within 5 minutes you could walk to Clayton’s from the beach.

And the main balcony is perfectly set for you to view the Saturday fireworks as if they were displayed just for you.

Only note of caution: no soap, shampoo or trash bags are provided. So just make sure you bring some with you.

This beach house exceeded all my expectations. The front porch has a view of the beach. Overall the house was perfect for a last minute vacation with my kids. The host communicated with me all throughout my stay till I checked out. He was very quick to answer any questions I had. Im very satisfied with my stay and will plan to come back in the future!
