Cancellation Policy
Because of the seasonal nature of vacation rentals, the cancellation policy differs accordingly.
If your stay is between March 1-October 31: Cancellations will be accepted up to 46 days before your stay. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you, less an office charge of 15% of the total rental amount. Cancellations will not be accepted within 45 days of your reserved dates. Final payment is due and payable. This includes, but is not limited to hurricane evacuation. No refunds will be made for early departures.
If your monthly stay includes November 1 - February 29: Please see insurance options in the reservation/online booking process.
Cancellation Insurance/Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting TRAVEL Insurance for your trip. It is up you, the guest, to purchase this coverage for this trip. Coverage is available for health and weather related problems. Please call them direct or order online to purchase this in your name. This is your remedy in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Deposit Policy
Full rental amount is due at the time of the reservation.
Spring Break: Guests arriving between March 1 - Easter will be required to submit a $300 USD Refundable Damage Deposit at check-in. We thank you for your understanding.

Perfect spot for a get away
The beach house was clean and has all the necessities as well as some beach items! The host was friendly, accommodating, and responsive. It’s within walking distance of the beach as well as some stores and restaurants!

Our stay was excellent. Couldn't have chosen a better place for a weekend . It was great to relax and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable.
We had such a relaxing stay at this beach house in SPI! The home was clean, cozy, & spacious. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and fun activities. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach escape!

Stayed for one night here but so much room and was much more comfortable and relaxing than any hotel that we stayed at would definitely stay again.
Would stay again!! Wish we had a washers and dryer and available toiletries were low. However the place was beautiful and convenient. Hosts were great. We loved it
I brought my son and his friends here for the 4th of July. We had a wonderful trip, short walk to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay and it helped more that everything we needed was walking distance! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a casual but comfortable getaway.
The Atol Beach House was great. The location was great, amenities were great and we had no issues minus the washing machine being finicky at times. lol ?Not a thing most guest need. Thank you so much for a great place to stay while visiting family. ❤️
We loved everything about the Beach House. It was very convenient to shopping, dining and a short walk to the beach.
The condo was clean and well kept, and communications with the host were responsive and friendly.
We will certainly check availability of this listing when we visit South Padre again.
Totally recommend, will definitely stay again. Host was responsive. Only thing lacking was an iron and ironing board, but I went back home to get one.

Awesome place to stay! Spent the weekend here as a group of 6 and the place was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed throughout the stay. The hosts were very responsive and check in and check out ran very smoothly. Their attention to detail makes the place very pleasant to stay in. It’s in a perfect spot with lots of restaurants around and just minutes away from the beach. Worth every penny! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
