Close to Beach, Pet Friendly Corral 3

Perfect place for a family or group of friends. Nice surroundings, lots to do in the area, perfect walking distance from everything.

The overwhelming chemical smell made it impossible to stay there. The windows didn’t open so I could air it out and the two window air conditioners need to be replaced. They smell and look like they have mold.thankfully the renter refunded my money.

Great place to stay, with easy access. Rules say no partying and the guests in the other condos were up until 4 AM each day with blaring music. With that being said the walls are fairly insulated because it didn’t keep us up too late. Parking was a bit confusing because there were a lot a cars.

Overall, would stay again! No complaints directly about the condo itself, and young people will party and life will go on!

The location disclosed no smoke detectors and no carbon dioxide detectors.
There were open wires above the sink.
There was a residual smell of cigarette smoke. Host could consider disclosing that smokers have stayed here.
The bathroom had hair on the floor and around the sink. Sticky residue from whatever they used to try to clean.
With a small amount of maintenance and cosmetic work to the unit, it could be much more pleasant.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here! Very cozy and clean house with everything you could possibly need while being at the beach ( washer and dryer and everything you could think of needed in the kitchen)! it was only a 2-minute walk to the beach And super close to great restaurants and shopping. Also, very dog friendly!! We will definitely make plans to stay again!!

Cozy apt/condo a small block away from beach access 3. Convenient location to go to either side of the island. Enough room for two large dogs. Would def stay again.

Beautiful area great walking distance to Louie’s and the Beach.

The place is infested with mold. The window units/air vents have not been cleaned and mold grown all in it. Caused fatigue, coughing, terrible asthma. I had to stay at my family’s house the 3rd night once I realized this.

Fantastic little one bedroom apartment set up to handle quite a few people. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes even with kids in tow. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay overall and the owner accommodated us for a late check out, which we really appreciated! We did have a lot of trouble falling asleep and waking up earlier than we wanted due to loud footsteps upstairs. To be honest we were caught off guard to the fact that we did not know our unit was one of 3, and was on the ground floor. Judging from the ad we thought this property had 2 units and had no idea people would be above us. We also had some bug issues throughout our stay. We arrived around midnight and the access code we were given did not work so we had to contact the owner and wait for about 20 minutes before being able to access the unit. Overall this unit is simple, quant and got the job done for a close location to the beach for memorial day weekend. We understand it was a holiday and were expecting higher prices, but truthfully we feel we paid too much for the overall quality of this unit. MAKE SURE YOU FIND OUT WHICH OF THE 3 UNITS YOU ARE STAYING AT BEFORE THE DAY OF, when the owner gives you access instructions! The best part of this unit was it is pet friendly and it’s close to the beach. Overall this is an okay unit and the owner communicated well for the most part. We just wish we understood we were going to be on a ground floor unit with 2 families above us. The ad was deceptive to that and gave the impression of being upstairs with only 2 units... Thanks for letting us stay.
