Cancellation Policy
Because of the seasonal nature of vacation rentals, the cancellation policy differs accordingly.
If your stay is between March 1-November 30: Cancellations will be accepted up to 46 days before your stay. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you, less an office charge of 10% of the total rental amount. Cancellations will not be accepted within 45 days of your reserved dates. Final payment is due and payable. This includes, but is not limited to hurricane evacuation. No refunds will be made for early departures.

If your monthly stay includes December 1 - February 29: Please see insurance options in the reservation/online booking process.

Cancellation Insurance/Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting TRAVEL Insurance for your trip. It is up you, the guest, to purchase this coverage for this trip. Coverage is available for health and weather related problems. Please call them direct or order online to purchase this in your name. This is your remedy in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Deposit Policy
One half of the total rental amount is due at the time of the reservation. Final payment is due prior to your arrival.
Spring Break: Guests arriving between March 1 - Easter will be required to submit a $300 USD Refundable Damage Deposit at check-in. We thank you for your understanding.
