Cancellation Policy

Because of the seasonal nature of vacation rentals, the cancellation policy differs accordingly.
If your stay is between March 1-November 30: Cancellations will be accepted up to 46 days before your stay. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned to you, less an office charge of 10% of the total rental amount. Cancellations will not be accepted within 45 days of your reserved dates. Final payment is due and payable. This includes, but is not limited to hurricane evacuation. No refunds will be made for early departures.

If your monthly stay includes December 1 - February 29: Please see insurance options in the reservation/online booking process.

Cancellation Insurance/Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting TRAVEL Insurance for your trip. It is up you, the guest, to purchase this coverage for this trip. Coverage is available for health and weather related problems. Please call them direct or order online to purchase this in your name. This is your remedy in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Deposit Policy

Full rental amount is due at the time of the reservation.
Spring Break: Guests arriving between March 1 - Easter will be required to submit a $300 USD Refundable Damage Deposit at check-in. We thank you for your understanding.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had good variety of utensils including plates and spoons which came in handy. Overall for the price point our stay was comfortable. Only issue we faced was with cleaning supplies, hand wash was diluted with more than half of water. Only one set of kitchen and toilet issues were available. We had to make a few runs to local Walmart to get those supplies but other than that it was a good place, specially being so close to the beach I’d recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Very nice. Comfy, clean, spacious. Literally a short walk to the beach. This house is a wonderful value and stay. I highly recommend it. However, I will suggest to future guests, there are not any household basic cleaning supplies! I always pack personal items, but I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of trash bags, dishwasher soap, and dish soap plus sponges. We had already stopped at the grocery store on the way in. It's something I've come to expect from Airbnb, loads of amenities and homey touches. It was annoying to have to leave back out in the rain and go shopping again. Also, the beds are VERY firm. I would have brought an egg crate from home had I known. Just pack everything you can think of needing. Kitchen has all the dishes and appliances, but not even salt and pepper shaker. If fully prepared, you can't go wrong with booking this place!
